Callback and Phone – Bontact integration overview

Our Callback and phone integration allows your customers to easily contact you  form your website via voice channel, connecting directly to their phone or creating a web call from their computer. The call will be redirected to your agents dashboard or to a chosen phone number. Your agents can use the dashboard to call back any user at any time or redirect the calls to a chosen phone. All calls are recorded for your tracking and analysis. 

Setup Callback and Phone – Bontact integration

To use the Callback channel, you need to visit the Dashboard channels page  and press on the callback tab. Now you will need to:

  1. Switch the channel to active status (on the left side of the screen)
  2. Enter the phone number you would like to receive incoming calls to

On the right side of the screen you can setup a schedule to the channel (when would you like it to be available for new calls from visitors)  

Once you are done, don’t forget to save your settings
