Email – Bontact integration overview

Our Email integration allows your customers to easily contact you from your website via Email, connecting your replies directly to their Email from your online dashboard. The Email will be redirected to your agents dashboard. Your agents can use the dashboard to Email back any user at any time. All messages are stored on your dashboard for your tracking and analysis. On top You can choose to receive new message notifications directly to your Email.

Setup Email – Bontact integration

To use the Email channel, you need to visit the Dashboard channels page and press on the EMAIL tab. Now you will need to:

  1. Switch the channel to active status (on the left side of the screen)
  2. Enter the Email you would like to receive notifications to

On the right side of the screen you can setup a schedule to the channel (when would you like it to be available for new emails from visitors)  

Once you are done, don’t forget to save your settings

To setup your Email notifications for messages, please use the “click here” option

And choose where you would like to receive your notification to
