Bontact allows users to call your representatives directly through your site for free, no matter where they are in the world. Every Callback results in two calls – one to the web visitor and another one to you. When connecting 2 phones, we use normal PSTN Lines (NOT VoIP) to maintain a high quality of voice call and fast connection.
A contact is the collection of information you have on a visitor that reaches out to you. Anytime someone reaches out and gives you their email, phone number, name etc. our software will automatically save this to a contact. You can also manually add any notes or information you may have. Once you have reached your contact limit (depending on which plan you are on) your conversations will not automatically generate a contact, and there will be no easy way to export this information.
Each agent which has a login to the Bontact dashboard will be able to edit their personal 'welcome message' on their profile page. This message is automatically sent out to a new online visitor when you invite them to a chat.
